Getting Ready for Installation
We want your installation day to be as smooth as possible. Our team will take care of moving furniture and removing your old flooring, so there’s no need to hire additional help. We do ask that you remove all personal items—like décor, electronics, and valuables—from the room ahead of time. If you have any questions about what to move, we’re happy to guide you through it.
What to Expect on Installation Day
Our experienced crew handles every detail with care. From prepping the subfloor to stretching and securing your new carpet, we focus on doing the job right. We work efficiently and cleanly, keeping disruptions to a minimum and respecting your home every step of the way.
Enjoying Your New Carpet
After the carpet is installed, we’ll clean up the workspace and put your furniture back in place. You may notice a new carpet smell or slight shedding at first. Both are normal. Our team will give you tips for how to let the carpet settle and when to start walking on it.
